How to Reach Us
Discord
The fastest way to reach us. Join our Discord server and open a support ticket or message a member of Staff directly.
In-Game Chat
If you're online, you can message any Moderator or Staff member directly through the in-game chat. Look for players with a coloured name or crown icon.
Forums
Post in the Support & Feedback section of the forums for general questions, suggestions, or bug reports that aren't time-sensitive.
Reporting Players & Content
  1. In-Game Reports — Use the Report Abuse button in the chat panel to report a player for rule-breaking behaviour. Your report will be reviewed by a Moderator.
  2. Forum Reports — Click the Report button on any forum post to flag it for moderation. Include as much detail as possible.
  3. Discord Reports — Use the support ticket system or ping a Staff member if you witness something that needs immediate attention.
Before You Contact Us
  1. Check the Rules page to make sure your question isn't already answered there.
  2. For bug reports, please include as much detail as possible: what you were doing, what happened, and any error messages you saw.
  3. If your account has been muted or banned, please be patient and respectful when appealing. Abusive messages will be ignored.
  4. We do not restore items lost due to player error (e.g. dropping, trading, dying). Only items lost to verified bugs will be considered for restoration.
  5. Response times may vary depending on the volume of requests. Discord is always the fastest option.
